The Restaurant at 3 Weeds is a multi-award winning restaurant, most recently named the 'Best Restaurant in a Pub' in Sydney in 2013 and 2012. Click here or scroll down to see the latest news and events.

New chef in 2013, Lauren Murdoch, has created a modern Australian menu with Mediterranean influences using the best quality ingredients and seasonal produce from our own organic vegetable and herb garden.

The Restaurant is open:

Chef Lauren Murdoch

Lauren is a well known Sydney chef who has been impressing diners on the local scene since she started out at MG Garage in 1995. More recently she has been at the helm of Ash St Cellar and Bistro Felix where she has developed a strong and loyal following.

Lauren has appeared on Masterchef (Series 2), the Lifestyle Channel and ABC Local Radio's Chef's Challenge. She has also been the recipient of the coveted SMH Good Food Guide Chef's Hat's on numerous occasions.

Lauren takes over as Head Chef at 3 Weeds in 2013. The menu features modern Australian fare with Mediterranean influences. Come along and try out the new menu for yourself.

 
 
 
 
 

Restaurant Prix Fixe Menu $45

2 courses plus a glass of wine for just $45. Valid Tuesday to Thursday evenings for reservations until 7.00pm.



Mothers Day ~ Sunday May 11

Treat the family to a delicious 3 course meal plus amuse bouche and glass of bubbly on arrival for Mum.

Lunch bookings taken from midday until 2.00pm and dinner from 5.30pm until 7.30pm.
