The Restaurant at 3 Weeds is a multi-award winning restaurant, most recently named the 'Best Restaurant in a Pub' in Sydney in 2013 and 2012. Click here or scroll down to see the latest news and events.

New chef in 2014, Nathan Jackson, has brought with him a revamped menu with a new approach to modern Australian cuisine, exemplifying his mantra of using the best quality ingredients and seasonal produce from our own organic vegetable and herb garden.

Returning to the Weeds after serving tenures at 'La Grillade', 'Manta', 'Public Dining Room', and 'Mezzaluna', the 3 Weeds Hotel welcomes head chef Nathan Jackson as he steps in to the kitchen, bringing with him a new menu and a new philosophy.

Citing modern influences, a tagline of 'comforting, approachable, sustainable' defines the culinary stylings of Nathan with a focus on delicious food from an ethical source.

one of our longest lasting annual events, when our repute Restaurant hosts an indulging
3 course, winter-warming celebration of the tradition, Christmas in July. Two seatings: Lunch on the 27th, Dinner on the 31st.
