The Restaurant at 3 Weeds is a multi-award winning restaurant. Its atmosphere is that of warmth and sophistication, offering everyone a memorable dining experience

The menu has evolved over the years and is under the passionate and creative eye of Chef Leigh McDivitt. Experience dynamic and exciting food using the best quality ingredients and seasonal produce.

The Restaurant is open:
Dinner - Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm.
Lunch - Sunday from 12pm to 3pm
Bookings are essential.

Chef Leigh McDivitt

Leigh has had a career spanning ten years and many award winning Restaurants.

He began his career as a seventeen year old and carried out his apprenticeship with the Merivale Group and went on to work at Est, Bistro CBD and then Lotus under renowned chef Genevieve Copeland.

In 2005, Thomas Johns invited him to join Pello, which was a two-hatted restaurant at the time. He progressed to the role of Senior Sous Chef before being invited back to Est to work with Peter Doyle.

He then spent the last 2 years working under John Evans as Sous Chef.

 
 
 
 
 

Tasting Menu

From the 1st of March, our tasting menu will be available for dinner Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday lunch.
The tasting menu will also be available with matching wines.
Priced at $90 pp or $130 with wines.

A taste of Orange

The Restaurant will now be serving the award winning Philip Shaw No.11 Chardonnay by the glass & his 'Wirewalker' Pinot Noir in the bar.

Dine with NSW Wine Offer

Thirlmere chicken. A balontine of thigh with roasted breast, apricot, celeriac, lentils and sage served with a glass of 2008 Brokenwood Forest Edge, Chardonnay, Orange, NSW.
